not helpful at all. 2 times booking for Tukang Ledeng, and both are cancelled by the partner without explanation. if the reason is because the address or location is too far, should have warned from the start that the area is not covered by the service. Being cancelled 2 times and dissapointed with the service is really a bad experience.

Too pricy! The apps is actually easy and helpful, but I can say the price is tricky. I don't blame 100% on the apps but I think it's important to make everything clear at first. I fixed my aircon and I need to change the capacitor but then it charged almost 4x than it should be. Sorry but it's not worth, I prefer to come to service man, as them at first so no charge in every additional.

Bad customer service! I asked the cs to change my email or delete the account because the email that I've been used has been deleted by my ex company. It was my company's email. The problem hasnt solved until now even I emailed & whatsapp them several times. It just simply to change/delete the email but it seems so hard for them to do it. Because i cant use sejasa if my email has been deleted, i cant pay the offer and the invoice with that deleted email.
