Payment will be charged to your method of payment on Recoup's platform at confirmation of purchase on a once a year, quarterly, or monthly basis. You decide. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Really hard to use and vague. You have to reauthorize EVERYTHING over and over again anytime you want to use the app which takes too long and is exhausting. Bank fee claims languish with virtually no informational updates then just expire with no summary of what happened. Nothing. Also, they want to send emails as YOU, but there's no way to preview what these emails say? I'd like to know what "I" am saying to my bank and credit card company. Just super janky and doesn't seem trustworthy.

Love the app!! But I am getting pop ups asking me to rate it every 10 seconds, regardless of the fact that I have already provided my opinion and rated the app. I originally gave Recoup 5 stars and would like to restore the other 2, but this issue is making it almost impossible to use this awesome service. Please just make the pop ups stop!!!!!!
