RECPDCL app is a decentralized system that allows individuals or organizations to easily, efficiently, and precisely managing HRMS, Finance and Material inspection activities. Common platform which fills the gap between HR, Employee, Finance, and inspection Team.
Human Resource Management System:
Human Resources Management System (HRMS) identifies each employee with a unique user ID and Employee code. Employee Profile module, which will dynamically prepare the profile of the employee on current date in the prescribed format. Capture all necessary employee information ranging from personal to work details at a centralized location. HRMS mobile application will work on below functions:

Finance TA/ DA Management System:
TA/DA Bills online submission and approval:
Employee can upload all relevant documents like bus ticket, train ticket and other expenses details to claim the touring expenses. Apart from uploading the expenses, depending upon the type of tour, employee can upload the desired reports. After submitting all relevant reports of a tour, employee can track expense reimbursement.

Material Inspection Management:
Inspection management will provide a platform to field officer/engineer of RECPDCL to feed real-time data of the project for which they have been enrolled. The purpose of developing this app is to track the progress of a project in real-time. The app will use geotagging and live images to authenticate the information. The app will also act as a bridge to pass on important information from the central office to the field engineers and register their reports/feedbacks in real- time through this application.
