Horrible app experience. To get the 20% off you have to order 48 hours in advance. Why bother offering the promotion at all. Outside of that, I tried 4 times to add one bottle of liquor to my cart and it said it added the item, but nothing went to my cart. Does anyone use this app? Have the app developers attempted to use the app successfully? It seems ridiculous to have an app that no one can shop on.

This app doesn't work, I want to click and collect my goods but it won't let you put the destination country in so won't let you any further on. Will have to go onto Newcastle Duty Free direct and order from there. This app used to work, what went wrong

I had over 900+ points collected. Was using the app in Toronto Pearson and made a purchase at the POS. The balance currently shows a balance of ZERO (0)! No ability to contact Customer Service to get back my earned points! 😡😡😡
