Photo upload doesnt work with jpg?? Clunky and tiresome app experience. Text fonts and colours need changing manually at every section. The shipping charges are ludicrous. Cancelled all but one card due to the postage costing £8 for 4 cards and a small gift going to two addresses. 40% off discount doesn't apply to shipping or gifts. Won't be using again.

I ordered a card changed what needed to be changed for my wife on it paid for it got the conformation email checked my card it didn't have what I wrote on the front so I emailed them straight away to cancel so I could try again they said they can't it's already in production its only been about 5 minutes since I asked to cancel absolute rip off don't use this app.

hands down the worst app ever. So hard to navigate, illogically swipes to move from page to page. poor navigation to edit basket. overly time consuming and not user friendly.
