App updates Dont know why u changed the app again when it was great. Now u click on movie and all u get is reserve and trailer. What happen to quick location veiw. Now u hv to pick location and see what they hv instead of pick movie and see were u need to go to get it. I am not going to pay for a reserve when i hv 4 machine in 3 minute radius and town ia so small i know of parks larger. Switch back for better rating for app. Everything else 5 star
I like the app but I haven't been able to use it in a while due to the fact that your machines don't accept my card because it has a chip on it. Very let down by the fact that I can't watch a movie because I have a chip in my card. I called customer service and got told it's my problem and there's nothing we can due for you. I guess I will start going to a movie store to rent them like we had to back in the late 90s early 2000s bit hey at least they can read my card
I have signed up for Redbox play pass. I have earned several free movies. However I'm never been able to get them because of my debt card it won't authorize it even though that's the same card I use to rent movies. I just wish they would give me a code to use instead.
Good app. Use it almost everyday. I use the deals to save money me and my wife love our movie nights and i can reserve movies or she can sonwe can pick them up on our way home from work or something. I wish there was a reminding feature though on to return movie. I know its only a day rental but sometimes you get pretty busy and forget.
It frustrates me. I'd much rather rent at the box. I've literally chosen not to rent several times because I couldnt get it to use my credits and they were credits for use online through the app only.
Keep displaying old movies, getting tired of not enough good one available. Needs to improve on what they're putting out can do just as good with Netflix and prime.
Red box is actually pretty great. I get upset at time with the changes but get used to them once I deal with it and move on. The customer service is always very helpful too. Machines break, movies get scratch and the location where the movie I want isn't convenient. More the exception than the rule and i for one love the convenience. If you run. Into any of those problems, they will make it right! Be kind to the person on the other end in customer service. They didn't scratch the DVD, can't help that the one you wanted got away before you got to the box and they have the same family at home as you. They are just doing their job. <3
