Very bad they create a trap. And when you ask them about the app comments then they will reply that they are passout students.but don't purchase their card. I am current student of Delhi university.
A classmate recommended me this app. I have been waiting and saving for a new phone, felt a bit dumb when i came to know about this app. Quick anf easy process, pretty straightforward pay back options
Redcarpet has helped me buy resources that I can practice on. It was there when I had no financial support from anyone. I'm really glad an app like this exists. I recommend it to other students.
Thanks red-carpet for financing my hard-disk! Everything happened in app or through calls which is really comfortable for me as I am a college student. Payment process is real smooth and simple.
A good idea, but customer support sucks, something which is paramount in a finserv company. Been trying to get a reply out of them on chat since 5 days but I never got a response. And the funny part is I'm not even their customer yet, i was on the application stage. It could have been worse if I was already a customer. Did i dodge a bullet? Maybe. Should you try this app? If you've got a lot of free time on your hands and getting ignored as a customer is something you can handle, then yes, do give this app a try.
Dont install, they're making fool of students. They won't even reply to the messages and will tell server issue. It is more than 4days and they didn't even added the value to their so called 'credit card'. Also they told to give 5k of credit limit and than decreased it to 2k (and even they didn't added) and now they are saying that there would be 25 Rupees/1000rs would be charge for credit loading.
