So far my experience has been alright. The machine works great, however I paid for the machine and the the 1yr subscription and unfortunately I only have access to a few workout videos. Other videos say that I have to pay for them and they all have different prices. I'm not able to gain access to the meal plans unless I pay for those also, not to mention the many various bugs in the app. I'm not able to add a profile picture, update my profile, track my goals etc. This is a bit frustrating.

Well, I bought the reddit. The first day, my band snapped. I emailed the company and they replaced them. I figured I hadn't adjusted the tension properly. Downloaded the app and it won't even open. So I'm uninstalling the app and just going online to figure it out. Redgeit...it shouldn't cost that much, you guys are making a hell of a profit from a bar and a few bands. Spend a little extra to include a pamphlet with a little more, especially if the apps doesn't work.

Absolutely frustrating!!! After working with customer service last week, uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times (more than 10) to access the workout videos included in my purchase, I am not able to even open the app today. I have, yet again, uninstalled and reinstalled this morning. Nothing! Pay over $100 for just a bar and some bands is definitely not worth it!!
