Ratings and reviews

Very friendly and helpful operators, easy to use app, coverage is good too. I'm not a fan (yet) of using technology this way, I like face-to-face/human contact and could get approval for specialists quicker, but I would recommend having this coverage.

This app is worthless. It wouldn't let me log in then when I tried to change the password I get a message that the code couldn't be texted to me so I can't get in. I called Redirect who was of absolutely no help to me. So I deleted the app. Hopefully the service doesn't suck as bad as this app does.

As far as communicating with and scheduling visits, the app is very helpful and saves me time trying to reach a person, but redirect health has always been very prompt, and I've recieved quicker better health care then when I had conventional local health insurance. Love it enough I got it for all my staff too.
