This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company ever. This deserves negative stars. I compare this insurance more to a white elephant gift for those familiar with the concept. It seems nice but it will end up causing more harm then good in the end. Avoid this company, app, all of this like the plague. You'll likely suffer medically and financially from their "help". the new update doesn't complete any in app process, almost every button just brings me to a grey screen

The redirect team members that I speak to are always friendly and try their best to be helpful, but it seems like nobody actually understands how the business works. My provider was repeatedly given false and contradictory information on how to submit claims and, as a result, had those claims ignored with no feedback or warning. The app constantly tries to dissuade you from seeing a provider of your choice, and provides no way to check on the status of a pre-auth request.
