Keeps declining my card I managed to buy one single ticket then went to buy the return single ticket and it keeps declining my card for no reason at all , I'm stuck with one ticket now! Navigation of the app is awful, can't go back and amend details it just takes you back to the main menu and you have to do the whole lot again, same with my card, it told me to check my details but won't let me, I have to start all over again. It never used to be like this, what have you done??
Does the job, but no added functionality since release It does what it's designed to perfectly well, but it lacks the live updates and other useful functionality of the trainline app. No ability to export to calendar, no live updates and you have to enter your train info to see live times even though you have bought the ticket. Needs an update.
Too Expensive It's always more expensive buying from RSH than it is to buy directly from the train companies, due to the RSH fees. I only installed this app because i have some red spotted hanky evouchers, but you can't use them with the app, only on the website.
I'm trying out this app, due to the latest update to the GWR one. Right now, the interface is good - and the same as the previous GWR version. However, I'm getting the same 'upgrade will be soon' messages I was getting on GWR, which is very concerning.
When buying a ticket you have to enter you email and password, then your card details. It does not check the login details are correct until after you enter the card details. If the login details are incorrect you have to enter all your card details again. Who tested this.
Cannot buy a ticket to new Galasheils station in the Scottish Borders. Only lists Galasheils via Berwick+bus or Carlisle+bus
