Review from Brandon Rappe
Does it and does it well This app doesn't layer in complicated menus or annoying ads. It is a perfect notebook for your workouts and makes keeping yourself on a plan easy! Thanks!
Without a doubt, the best workout log available. Packed with features you need with no extra junk. Takes all the boring log stuff & does it for you so you can focus on lifting. Easy to learn, easy to use, and a great way to set goals and track progress. Developer is awesome about updates and recommendations. Its def worth trying out. You wont be sorry!!
Lost my phone and cloud back up (wich is a paid feature) failed, I'm dissapointed because there we're years of training on there and while the first time cloud backup failed support from redy got my data back the second time I changed phones and backup did not record anything, tech support completely ignored my pleas. Not worth paying if your track record is lost over time.
Been using this app for years. Transferred my historical data across mobiles before with no problem using the backup/export/restore functionality. But having just purchased a new Samsung S8 And followed the process perfectly, I've now lost every routine, workout, set I've ever logged. Massively disappointed. 😡
I love this app. I recently wrote a negative review in regards to the back up. All you have to do is save the back up on the old phone to the Google drive. Then open the Google drive on the new phone and download it. Save it to the internal storage, not the sd card. Then open the app and hit restore.
this is on all the android phones I tried. the last guide was better at immediately showing logged reps. here I have to wait for several seconds making use difficult. In the most recent version, it seems that automatic backup doesn't work anymore. It is always 'active', but the time of the latest backup is stuck to 14 September.
Solid Gym Log But Could Be Better This is a solid stable gym log to track your exercise progress. No crashes on the S4 so far. The only improvements that are needed are: 1) drag and drop sorting of the exercises when you want to switch up the order of the exercises in your routine, 2) space to record average heart rate in aerobic exercises, 3) integration with Fitbit for aerobic activities to get accurate heart rate info.
- The set timer notification sound can now be customized
- Graph choices are now sticky
- Workout summary added under history (premium feature)
