Our mobile app mirrors our Online Account Management system and is designed for easy management of your personal loan from the comfort of your home or on the go.

Creating an account requires just your name, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. This app is intended for making payments and servicing your existing loans with Regional Finance. No loans can be applied for or facilitated via this app.

Using our mobile app you can: Check your loan balance, Make and change one-time payments, Set up or modify your AutoPay schedule

Just downloaded the app today. Wanted to make a payment, and every time I attempted to add my payment information, it wouldn't work. UPDATE: After stopping in the office and discussing the problem with one of the people there, we found the problem and fixed it quickly. Recommend you add some code so that if documents need to be signed and updated in the system, it should point that out so you can take care of that more quickly instead of wondering why the app isn't working.

They are a predatory lending company. I tried to pay off the remainder of my loan and after I submitted the final payment it said I still owed. I thought maybe it was some error so I submitted a second payment for remaining amount. It then showed I owed even more for the next payment and it gave me a message that you can't pay off online and need to call. I called and was told online will just charge interest, was not offered any refund for the extra interest payments. I will never use.

I can't give it a higher rating yet. I keep having problems with the app, I keep getting this message when I try to sign into the app. [A new version of our mobile app is available. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same issue. It's frustrating me.
