Transfers... Transfers are real easy and quick. The only problem is when u complete a transfer it offers a link to make another transfer but no link back to the front end. I would like a way to get back to the front of app after a transfer. As it stands I have to log out and then back in. Seems to be more of a security risk sending ur user and password out that much. Plz fix asap... Other than that great app.
Needs on screen menu button for new Galaxy devices New Galaxy devices like my S6 and Tab 4 no longer have menu buttons so my only option for exiting the app is the home button also have to back up till I get to a menu. Fees for using the picture deposit are disappointing. I probably won't ever use it now.
Disappointing This app is supposed to make managing your account on-the-go faster. It doesn't do that at all. Half of the time you get an error message or late at night you can't do anything. Sometimes it tells you you have no money in the bend even though you do. Lately, it's becoming more of a hassle to transfer money since half of the time it tells me I have insufficient funds to transfer even though I have money in my account. I hate dealing with this app.
No options Only tells me what I've bought and my balance, nothing else. Lg G4

Like all features of app, but don't like having to log in and out to use other features, example check balances, transfer, etc. Please fix so I can use all features of the app for my account with having to log in and out......then rate 5 stars!
Having issues with mobile check deposits When taking pictures of the endorsed side of a check, it zooms in and corrects the image, then blurs again. When I choose to submit the images, they are rejected. I have tried bright and low light and am very still.
