I have had nothing but a good experience using the app. It's convenient & easy to navigate. I use it a few times a week to check my account balance. I've used it to contact customer service when I've had questions & always had quick, helpful responses. They started offering budgeting help which is handy in the current economy. Overall just a great experience.

Glitchy and unreliable, this app drives me insane. I don't know, even, where the issue could have began. My information at the bank is correct and no changes have been made to the account, so those variables are cleared. "Secure" does not mean 'inaccessible to the legitimate end-user'. I'm sick of being required to confirm my identity all the time but being unable to do so. Even when redirected to the website, the problem persists. This is unacceptable and pathetic. Be better.

Great for the simple banking I do! IDK if it's separate from Regions, but Zelle is so slow it's a nightmare. I decided to try it again a couple years later, so I sent a friend $5 to test the system. It said 5 days for them to even receive the money! SENDING money should be instant (like it is on other apps), and then the receiver gets to decide if they want to pay the small fee for instant access, or if they want to wait a few days to forgo the convenience fee. CashApp/Venmo much easier.
