The app works great and is a very useful tool for managing my accounts. Technical support for the app has not been the most responsive. The last update rendered the app useless for an unusually long period of time. That said, Regions did have alternative ways to conduct mobile banking during the outage and eventually fixed the app issues.

I am unable to log into the app. Every attempt freezes the application and does not load. I have an android phone and everything is up-to-date on my device. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I even turned my phone off and on again. Nothing I do is working. I have concluded that it is the developer's issue. Edit: they finally fixed the issue. Works very well now

Cannot log into the app anymore. I have contacted the suggested email address with no response. It says my username and password is incorrect (which it is not), or it locks up. Please fix this! Update: I received a response but only to tell me that if I had recently changed my password that I would need to reenter instead of doing biometrics. I don't even have the option for biometrics anymore and I haven't changed anything. I've sent screenshots but I get no response
