Stopped working after update Was a 5 star app. Error code 100 after latest update. Still not working after "update fix". Quick response to attempt a fix, but my dives is still not working with the same error code 100. Hope fully you will continue to work towards resolving this issue as the app was very useful. My phone is asus ZenFone 2
Just fire the teams making your apps. Phone apps are supposed to be easy to use and convenient. I've been using the app since it was an app, then turned into a hot link to the website, then back to an app again, and it's never been worth having. This latest iteration is better, now that they finally realized everyone doesn't have a dedicated menu button, but now I can't transfer from savings to checking, only checking to savings. Damn people, read the thousands of reviews you have received, and build a damn app for everyone.
Loans and CC It's good for checking and savings account. But nowhere to see what you owe during the current month for Region loans and credit cards. The other bank I use definitely has a much better app. Regions stays behind the times as far as technology. But it's a good bank as far as banks are concerned.
New App is terrific I've been unhappily using your app for couple of years, BUT with this last update you finally got it right! Fast and easy to see the info you want and very user friendly. I love it, thanks
Update ruined the app. Since the update that changed the overall appearance of the app it crashes regularly when trying to log on. I have to log in multiple times before it works and trying to get it to actually save my username is hell. Terrible they need to un-upgrade to about three versions back. It looked "older" but at least it worked
That app is ok but 1.) I don't understand why the app doesn't have notifications. 2.) Needs fingerprint authentication so I don't have to enter my password each time I log in. 3.) Needs an updated UI. Design looks dated.
