I have been using this app for years, with a galaxy note 9, that works perfect, now it's no longer compatible with my phone and to contacted the developer. That's unfair to do an update that is aimed to support only new phones, not taking into consideration that everyone does not have new phones. You have the data to see the different versions of phones we have. You can't force people to get new phones just to use your app, that is inconsiderate. You will loose users because we will use the web.

The Regions mobile app USED to be great. Very user friendly interface. Easy to read. Easy to navigate. A few minor tweaks to a couple of the features themselves may have been helpful (ex. navigating within the Spending Analyzer tool). But an entire app re-design was unnecessary. It's made the app cluttered, glitchy, and less easy to read. Today I haven't been able to login to my account at all thru the app, despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Even attempts to verify my login glitch out.

The new regions app has proven to be quite frustrating, and my experience with it has been far from smooth. One of the most significant issues I face is the frequent lockouts when I try to access the app. This persistent problem not only disrupts my workflow but also diminishes my overall experience, making it difficult to rely on the app for my needs. In stark contrast, the previous version of the app was significantly more user-friendly, allowing for seamless navigation.
