What's New
If character that was first in round is removed a new one is selected so the round counter keeps going.
EDIT: Bugfix; This introduced a bug that only characters that were the first in initiative could be removed, has been fixed now.
Can now set PCs to max hp from menu.
Characters can now be a PC or not (NPC/Monster)
App only asks to remove non-PCs when hp goes below 0.
