I rely on this app for work and have to use the templates to send emails. For some reason it will stop sending emails and will not notify me. Emails will sit in the outbox for weeks until customers complain that their orders were not processed. Nothing anyone can do will fix it. It's happened twice over the last year & I've had to completely uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it. Meanwhile Outlook and nine email continue to be able to send/receive email just fine. It's something about inbox

Another poorly-implemented great idea from SF. As an email tool it's sub-par; swipe gestures sometimes work on the first try, rendering messages containing rich text and graphics is horrible, and attempts to include a sound with notifications is a circular reference between the app and device settings on my Pixel 2XL. I'm going back to Outlook as my primary mobile email app & will use Inbox when I really really need to link a message with a SF record.

Great so far, but a little buggy. The syncing interval is odd - not often enough, and it's not readily apparent how to update it. There's also been times there wouldn't be alerts for hours only for bunches of emails to show up at once.

What's new

- In some cases, push notifications were not being received
- When Einstein Activity Capture is on but email capture and event sync is turned off, you couldn't manually log an email or calendar event from the app.
- The Log Call prompt wasn't showing after ending a call that was initiated from a contact shown in search results.
- Einstein Email Insights were not being displayed on email messages
