Relay: Neighborhood Safety

We're excited to introduce Relay, an app for non-emergency reports. When you see something, you can say something– directly to any local law enforcement agency in the US.

What's more, get status updates and even messages back from responding officers explaining what they found, so long as the responding agency is integrated with our platform.

Our nearby crime map shows you nearby reported incidents and their status, so you can see what other citizens like yourself have seen.

At Relay, we think about privacy a lot. In fact, it's in everything we do, and that includes our app. We only ask for permissions on your phone when needed, and you can even send in reports totally anonymously.

Get a sense of civic pride, and be in the know on nearby activity. Together, we can all help make our local community safer.

What's New

In addition to the usual bug fixes and performance improvements, you'll notice a new step in the incident submission process, where we ask you to review the information about you that's being shared with police before sending. We think it's important that you're in control of your information at all times, and that you never give away anything without explicitly telling us so.
