Easy and convenient rental. No waiting in lines. No long and threatening contract. No vehicle storage at some distant location. Simple pickup and dropoff. various range of prices and vehicle to choose from. And found my vehicle in almost brand new condition, clean and well maintained running in optimum condition. I was intimidated at first, unsure of what to expect but after such pleasant comfortable fast safe experience, I can't wait to use the service to rent again.

It is a good app to have many different vehicles to choose from including some luxury and super sport cars. The charges asked from the owners are really affortable however the trip fee charged by Turo is ridiculous. It is about the same cost to rent the vehicle PER DAY, not a one time fee, it will add on every single day of your rental.So be prepared to pay double of your original rental cost. They used to charge a small friction(15-20%) of your rental couple years ago!Inflation to the max!

The new update is buggy and horrible to look at from a Host perspective. Turo go vehicles keep getting the turo go feature turned off at random requiring us to monitor that and call support to fix. Trips all seem to run together visually and it would be great if it displayed Today's date when you first open your booked trips when there aren't any bookings for that day.
