Ratings and reviews

I thought that this app would run smoothly but no,i was wrong, even though the network connection was excellent, but the episode was not starting,it said reload but it didn't reload, and it is not easy to use(like the app should be simple and easy to use)and where are the Subtitles????at least if we download another app to watch dramas and shows, there should be subtitles! And the app should be able to be downloaded on TV

Signing up was unnecessarily frustrating🤷‍♀️ First, it took forever to receive the verification code, & when it finally came, it said the code was invalid. After several attempts, I finally got through to the 2nd step, entered my name, DOB, and password, and completed everything, only to be told that my ID already exists🙂 So I thought, okay, let me just sign in & then it says “ID doesn’t exist.”🙃 What the…?🤦‍♀️ I just wasted 30 minutes for nothing. Data entry is not smooth; app lag⌨️

The app is extremely slow, and I was unable to complete the sign-up process. I entered the correct verification code twice, but the code was still not verified. The final step also did not work properly. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the overall service is very poor. Please resolve these technical issues as soon as possible.
