Easy, convient, but should have delivery options, -1 star for that. 4 for Food, service, all the delivery Svcs today, no reason to not have delivery, or hire your own! The food is amazing, my Favorite BBQ, but with my off and on Inability to drive, get to, It makes Ordering and pick up here, very limited. I love my BBQ. You'd be the Only ones I'd order, if you had delivery options. Might want to think about that. More business. Happier customers, win-win Thanks

Love Texas Roadhouse!! I wanted to give 5 stars, but I'm having issuez with the app. My email address is grayed out and I have to keep entering my birth date and location. Also, when I go into settings, under Notification Setting for the Promotional Emails, it's turned off. When I turn it on and go out of the app and then go back on, it's set to off. I've deleted and re-added the app and it's still not working. I'm also not recieving any emails or text messages.

Waitlist info is never accurate. Everyt time we try to get on the waitlist, it says there is no wait. We arrive at the restaurant, and there is, in fact, a wait. Hostess told us the most recent trip that the app has about a 10 min lag. Well, we live about 15 min away, and i tried 3 different times to check in, to the app telling me there was no wait. This part of the app could be better.
