I use this with my children and have for the past 5 years or so. Their schools uses mood meter in their classroom so it was a great fit. I really preferred the early version of this app that included photos to view to help calm down. This version seems much more adult focused, which is great, but I would love it if there was either another mode or a second app that was more child centered and could be used by parents and teachers.

This was a really neat app initially, I'm assuming it was bought out by someone who doesn't care. You used to be able to set a time when an alert would remind you to log your mood, which was helpful. The prompts for shifting your mood also used to feel more useful - now it's the same ones recycled again and again. This was a great concept, now it's just another mental health app that falls short.

In general, I like this app! It definitely helps me better determine what I'm feeling and slow down a bit in the moment. The info/videos are helpful. I would like more space to reflect on what might have triggered my emotion. 140 characters is definitely not enough for me! Lol! Additionally, the advice for shifting my emotion is not always helpful/useful.
