I just changed my password and tried to delete a previous account number which is not in use which i was not able to as the app wouldn't let me. So i changed the password and tried to login to the app again and voila i am not able to login with the password that i have set. So tried forgot password where the login shows correctly whereas password shows "null" so tried using that but to no avail.. Pls help me if u can or else i will have to remove this app from my phone.. Thanks..
I forgot my password and there is no any recovery option.I know some password is sent by your side but actually that password is not working waste of time and bad experience. Not good service and help desk.
Easy to use but payment is a problem. Even if the payment fails the app does not recognize that and does not let you retry the payment.
Can't file a streetlight complaint because the app gives a "check your internet connection" error even though I have a working internet connection
Though I have paid the bill through Paytm App for RS 780/- it is not reflecting in my payments window though it is confirmed by Reliance Energy through SMS and Email. Please look into it and revert.
Once again a new issue with this app I did a format of my phone and when I reinstalled this app now I am unable to login getting a new error - sorry for the inconvience unable to connect with the server what the hell what are you guys doing a simple login is not possible what's wrong with you guys aren't you doing your job well.
