Designed for a wide range of lone working roles with a simple to use interface, users can raise SOS alarms themselves through the app, and also have the reassurance of automatically generated SOS alarms via fall and impact detection, and failed check out timer periods. All generating a 2-way voice call to our in-house 24/7/365 Alarm receiving Centre (ARC) where highly skilled and experienced alarm handling operators will monitor the situation and get help including escalating through to the emergency services.
The Reliance Protect lone worker safety app has the following safety features:
• SOS calls via the onscreen button with 2-way audio through to our highly accredited ARC. Raise SOS alarms whenever you feel at risk and want to be monitored by our highly skilled alarm handling operators.
• Update calls allow users to verbally record additional contextual information around the risks, location and nature of tasks to be performed. Our ARC alarm handling operators can access this information to help understand an incident better to ensure the fastest and most appropriate response.
• Set up check in and out timer periods with the Monitor feature. This could cover start and finish of the working day through to smaller periods to cover heightened risk tasks such as a site visit. Our ARC staff are ready to check you are safe and escalate if necessary if you fail to check out.
• The fall and impact detection feature generate SOS alarm calls on your behalf into our ARC if you become incapacitated.
• Utilising the GPS locating technologies within your phone, we can pinpoint your latest position to get help to you quickly.
• The Check In feature gives you the reassurance that you can quickly provide a location update at any time.
• Check your device status for data connection, battery charge level, and location information.
• Easy access to support through the option to call our 24/7 Customer Support team and the dedicated elearning course and your online account buttons on the Home screen.
