The most recent update made it unreliable, cannot log in, I tried the rest password severally, it brings the opti9n to answer a security question asking about my birth date, Everytime of the 6 times I have answered the question, the response has been "Invalid Response" Kindly fix up and be reliable

don't use this HMO if you have the chance. they don't care about their customers, terrible services and they look for reasons to avoid payments for things under your cover. If you can, please avoid them. I used to boast about them before but it's a shame the level of decadence in their service. very appalling to say the least!

why are your dispatchers so annoying, first they delay in delivery, next they are impatient, saucy and lack discretion. even if they are outsourced, they really need to be called to order.
