Unable to pay my bill for the last two months via the app as there is currently no way for me to get logged in. The credentials are accepted but as soon as the account is brought up, the error saying that the session has expired pops up and prevents me from using the app. I have tried to post this review three times now and every time it has disappeared.

I moved my services to another local address. Once my services was disconnected at the old address, the app stopped working. I'm no longer able to access the app to login and I even tried setting up a new account. Passwords reset and uninstalling the app did not work either. I can only login using a web browser.

Thank you for telling us about your experience with the app. The billing is based on your meter read date. As for the app there was an earlier issue with our systems, but it should be working now. App needs to be fixed, updated. user name & password boxes are not visible. When you tap the screen where they should be, then they pop up. When you type in your credentials, the letter/numbers are not visible either. Have to use desktop website to access my account. Android.
