Reworking

There is a great deal more to know about someone than just a CV. Reworking was built with both the candidate and employer in mind.
Reworking provides candidates with the best opportunity to present themselves and showcase their true personality, rather than just relying on a CV, whilst also saving employers a large amount of time and money by confirming the right personality fit for a specific position in their company.
Reworking combines the first three stages of the recruitment process (CV, phone and face-to-face), allowing an employer to spend time considering each and every applicant.

Employers:
Employers can create an opportunity, containing multiple questions and individual time limits. The creator can record a personal welcome video to the candidates and assign a specific title. Once created, the opportunity generates a unique Reworking token that can be shared socially, or linked to a job advert.

Candidates:
A candidate can click the token link, download Reworking (if not already done so), register and upload their CV. Once signed-in, the candidate is directed straight to the specific welcome video and then interview questions. The questions pop up on screen as the candidate records themselves answering them.

Reworking is a pre-employment assessment platform for hiring at scale. Hundreds of companies worldwide rely on Reworking to ensure no suited candidate slips through their process.
