Uniteller the worst Customer service, I had to send some money to Guatemala for Covid emergency expense ( someone died) of course it is a big expense, they asked you for your ID, BSA form, and some other info, Sent it, and then, nothing, then again, for $100 amount, again, same thing, the worst, they have your info, but they don't release it, 2 days and nothing, happened to me 3 times, but no more, I closed this account, Xoom is way easier to send money without dealing with lazy people.
