I was logged out of the app. I went to log back in and was told I needed a verification code to log back in. I was told it would be sent to my email. It never came. Same thing when I tried to reset the password, even though I knew the password. I couldn't get help from the app itself or the school. There's no number to contact anyone. My child went on a field trip away and they were sending pictures through the app, to which I no longer had access since I couldn't log in.

Useful app. Would be great if not for one huge problem that the developers seem to be completely disinterested in fixing. I'm in 10 or 12 conversations from groups that no longer exist, but I can't remove them. A quick Google search showed me that users have been complaining about this to the developers for years, only to be ignored. Seems like this would be an easy fix. Edit: Lowered rating to a 2 because they still haven't fixed it.

This app UI is awful. Getting the account set up made me want to find a different app immediately. I hoped it would get better once I actually had my account. It didn't. You want to try and change settings for you class? Good luck following all the restrictions and notifications that don't show up. Oh you want to send an announcement to your class? Nice try. You'll have to select a different conversation for that. This app feels like it was made in the early 2000s and hasn't been touched since.
