I appreciate that they solved a problem - providing a way to save on VAT. Most standard credit card transactions process easily. They do charge a premium for the service between 3 and 5% of vat per receipt. Cash receipts have a seemingly infinite number of rules and tend to be difficult. The go to solution is to police how the merchant completes receipts - which is rarely pleasant. Consider the proportion of cash receipts when determining if it's monetarily worthwhile for you to use the app.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Card payments are generally easier to process, while cash receipts are subject to stricter legal requirements. We appreciate you highlighting the importance of considering whether the service makes sense based on individual spending habits.

Thought this was great at first but continues to be more frustrating. They seem to find more and more ways to deny claims. I've been accused several times of altering receipts without any evidence, proof or explanation of what they claim was altered. One time was from a receipt that came off the end of the paper roll so it had the ink on it showing the roll was at the end. They also claim receipts I get are not receipts. Not worth the frustration.

terrible application. most of my receipts are never accepted and customer service is a joke. I do not think it is worth the money to purchase a vat form to utilize the application if it is so unhelpful.
Hello Jennifer - our support is always here to help and to support. We usually respond within minutes and do our best to get your receipts accepted. There are some requirements set by tax code where we can't go around but always give guidance on how to follow tax code in the future. Please reach out to the chat - it is mostly a learning curve 🙏
