Ratings and reviews

It showed my tv model # (ONLY my tv, nothing else) when trying to connect the remote, but each time I touched the model #, it would play an ad. I'd get away from the ad, back to where it showed my tv model #, and it would play an ad for something different when I touched it. This happened about 5 or 6 times, so I decided to uninstall the app and leave this review.

They paid to be the ad at the top of the search results. Im guessing with money they received from all the ads they run in the app. Before I could even try to connect my TV, I had to: close an ad, select tv brand, close an ad, decline giving them a 5 star review, close an ad. Then I was able to click the "TEST" button 4x, closed an ad, clicked test 5x more. My TV never turned off, then they asked for feedback. Way too many ads.

Can't even set up the remote because the ads won't get out of the way. Tried many different codes for the Akai TV with this remote and none of them worked but I was definitely served a ton of ads while trying to get it working. and I'm quite aware how the free app thing works I realize you need to make your money with ads but you should also try to give your users a nice experience. in the first 5 minutes I was so frustrated by the interrupting ads, I uninstalled without going further.
