I cannot add a device in the app, whatever I try, it doesn't work. A couple of months ago, when I installed a water heater, I tried for 1 hour and it was failing at the very last step, when registering the device, after setting the address and giving the device name in the app. After 2 months, I reinstalled the app, started the process from scratch, now it's unable to find my home address through google, and I cannot move to the next step. Haven't seen a worse working app in my life.

1. It is not possible to control heating supply temperature from an app Home screen as it is shown on the app screenshots. Such functionality was removed a long time ago. 2. Moreover after a last update it's no longer possible to control supply temperature via the Appliance menu (Confirm button is not clickable anymore). UPD: Contacted support as suggested - confirm button issue (2) was fixed in the last update; supply temperature control via Home screen (1) is still not available.

Had great hopes that i could integrate the boiler into my smarthome. Instead you get an app that has limited functionality with Google Home or Alexa. yes i can use Alexa to turn the boiler on and off, boost get temperature readings i cant get Alexa or Google to trigger automations using boiler status. Worse still it doesnt work with Smartthings or IFTTT. Logging and alerts in the app are extremely limited. i cant set it to warn me when the boiler is turned back on. pretty useless.
