Love this app, but am having issue with scanning documents in German. The option to switch languages doesn't appear until after I have already scanned the doc, and by that time German characters, such as: ß and ö were replaced with an English capital B and a regular o, it was too late to fix it other than to manually go through the entire document, something that took longer than to just transcribe the whole thing in the first place.

It gets the job done right from my phone, and has minimal adds removed with a one-time purchase. I find scanning in small chunks makes for the least errors. I do have to make minor corrections for the occassional scanning errors, but rarely is this more than a word or two. It even handles the formatting on monster stat blocks (D&D) fairly well, which is a nice bonus for me.

Very handy, and accurate. Only a small ad at the top. Some sites don't allow highlighting and copying of text, so I take a screenshot, start this app, click the image icon on the lower right, select my screenshot, and it scans it. I select the copy option, and paste the text in a new document of "Colour Notes" (another very handy app!). There I can edit my OCR text.
