The app itself works fine but it lacks a lot of features that even MG has, like remote locking/unlocking/lights, ability to see how how fast it's charging, and to limit the charge, live location tracking, notifications if the alarm goes off, etc. Also planning journeys with stops, and send them to the car, it's not possible (and often doesn't work anyway). Many reported the same but in 6 months I didn't see a single feature implemented. Quite disappointing.

Keeps loosing connection to my car and ohme car charger keeps loosing sync all the time, when I go on the app my connected services have disappeared completely, plugged the car in last night and did not charge at all down to this app and ohme not talking to each other, the features are not good at all and doesn't really let you do much... this keeps happening a huge company like Renault should be doing better than this and maybe sack the app developer and hire a better one.

Dropped my phone after husband paired his phone, plus his phone had to keep being paired every time we got back into the car! I have an Austral, there seems to be very little you can do with the app, is it only for EV models. Got to say I've had better apps with Peugeot and VW in the past. Very disappointed.
