Having just bought my car and loaded the app I can't even create an account. I've tried multiple times and keep being told there's a technical issue, suggesting that I try again later. Can't even get off the starting blocks.... The chap at the garage seemed to indicate that this is a problem that others have encountered. With everything to do with the car is supposed to be accessible through the app this is annoying in the extreme!!

it took a lot of attempts to accept a password when setting up the account but I persisted because the dealership told me I needed to have the app when picking up my new car. I picked up my car 3 days ago and since then the app has never actually connected to my car, keeps saying there is a connection issue! very poor app and annoying having spent so much on a car you just want it all to work properly.

I have only had the car for a week and the app barely works. Car seems to offline so no charge prediction in Google maps. App is currently showing the status of my car from 15 hrs ago! Cannot seem to upload schedules or turn on heating via the app, so pretty useless at the moment. Update, my app is showing the car's status from 4 days ago, still terrible.
