The app in entirely in French and there is no way to change the language. I've been asked to install this app via email by Renault Italia. It's crazy that the only way to get updates on the service I paid for is to use an app in another language.

A poor piece of software given that it's in French only, despite all the pre install, push marketing being in English. It does not bode well for what Renault will no doubt describe as a 'software defined' car.

The promise of updates on Renault 5 E-Tech has consisted of old news and now information on a car I am not interested in with offer to pay more money for non-updates. Is this the future for French car manufacturers money for nothing - not even the news of the Renault 5 at St Pancreas Station until it was gone. Rubbish and money wasted. No information as to when car will be available in UK or predicted pricing.
