The User Interface seems not to be updated since Android 2.3... Good old times, huh? Yet the user experience this app is providing is the worst among European national train operators: have you ever tried to let non-Spanish people use the app e.g. to register? What's a "payment code" anyway? How a user is supposed to like an app that tells them they're "Wrong" (that's the validation error on user input's popup title)? Not as uselessly complicated as the website, but we're close enough (I'm using it only because I cannot have e-tickets on other apps).
When it worked it was painful to use, now it never connects so it is completely useless. It's disgraceful that a company like Renfe offers an app like this.
Una aplicació lamentable. Després de vincular un bitllet, m'ha dit que estava cancel.lat, ha petat i no m'ha deixat ni tornar-lo a vincular ni fer-hi canvis. Al final ha tocat trucar per fer la gestió per telèfon i validar que no s'havia cancel.lat.
Without registration one cannot even get price information from this app. Using the guest user account doesn't make a difference either. I really don't understand why it's so hard to fix this app.
Yes, it really is poor. Unusable, and have no idea why it is so complex.
Looks only works with ES identification when opening an account... Thus useless in my case
