When I set up my account to pay my rent, the only two options given were monthly and weekly, neither are ideal for me. So, after speaking with the property management company, I emailed the creators of the app. After 3-4 days I didn't receive a response, so I decided to call and inquire if a bi-weekly option was supported by the app. The customer service representative became very rude and stated they could not share such information. Not a pleasant interaction.

I'm sorry you had a poor experience with customer service. As the app publisher, we do not have visibility into how your PM has the settings configured. Available payment options within the app are currently weekly or monthly. If you have a schedule outside of that, you can always make one-time payments at any time if allowed by your PM.

Works fine for purposes of paying rent online and submitting maintenance requests. FYI when you register your payment method, I suggest using ACH so enter routing number and account number. If you enter a debit/credit card be prepared to pay a monthly fee of around $25. ACH is FREE and I have been using that method for 1-1/2 years with no issues.

Took my money but never have it toy landlord. I have the statements on my bank account that the money was taken, just not given to my landlord. Where did it go?????? That's an awful lot ofoney to get lost to the void. :/ Had to have my bank do a reversal of the payment, still don't work after trying 3 more times just to make sure it wasn't an error on my part.
