Rentec Direct provides instant access to property and rental data on the go. Tenants and residents can view their accounting, pay their rent, and submit maintenance requests through the app.

Important: Your property manager needs to enable your tenant portal in order to login to Resident Connect.

This app offers just the functionality that tenants need without making it too difficult or clunky. I love how the payments page shows a history of charges and payments and hides the background details that the landlord put in which is the correct way to do it. I've never had this app crash and it easily allows the tenant to set up one time or ongoing rental payments and allows them to submit maintenance requests. Great job.

Took my money but never have it toy landlord. I have the statements on my bank account that the money was taken, just not given to my landlord. Where did it go?????? That's an awful lot ofoney to get lost to the void. :/ Had to have my bank do a reversal of the payment, still don't work after trying 3 more times just to make sure it wasn't an error on my part.

This is the WORST APP EVER. They continually debit my account twice for the monthly rent, causing me to overdraft my account. Then, when I call them, they tell me they don't speak with tenants - only landlords! But, they made sure to get my full name & contact info before telling me that!
