The app was easy enough to install and set up. Unfortunately, I forgot my passsword and Lastpass didn't catch it. Their password recovery doesen't seem to work. It asks for your email but never sends the recovery email. And, yes, I checked the 'spam' box. So it's kinda useless to me. My address is associated with this account so I can't just set it up again.

I've been attempting to pay my rent since the 3rd. It's vow the 8th, and I still can't get it to work. It's now added over $60 in fees. Why is it my fault that the app has some type of error? And... Going to the cash pay at Walmart isn't an option for me due to being housebound on oxygen. However on previous issues, management has been very accommodating so I'm hoping they read their feedback.
