Ratings and reviews

does fine for most of it's purpose, but doing an inspection after moving in was practically painful. if you didn't exit the area tab you were in often enough (it doesn't tell you how long) then it logs you out and doesn't save a bit of the progress you made. you have to upload your pictures one at a time which is far more tedious than taking 20 pictures of cupboards and walls is to begin with.

I got set up fine, got to view past payments, was able to fill in future auto payments and saved them. but never saved them ,not able to confirm if will work, since can't find any records of it . I was told to try again ,I did ,5 different times over a week period ,nothing different and not able to get any support from the app or management. what a waste of time!!!!

The processing fees are incredibly high on this. my property manager switched to this the stating. It would be easier for me. It is not easier for me. It is harder and it costs more money. And I think it's robbery that you think that it's okay to charge five dollars to transfer money from an account to an account or ten dollars for a debit card ludacris.
