There needs to be an option for zero stars. 1) unintuitive UI on the app, and a frankly useless chatbot 2) zero customer support in case of any issues 3) which service in 2025 cannot provide real-time tracking, or contact details of the delivery personnel? 4) when you everyday do manage to get a hold of a human 'supervisor' they're rude, uninformed, and unwilling to escalate it to a senior Won't be recommending this service to anyone in a hurry.

5 Stars – Excellent Service! Had a fantastic experience with the Rentomojo technician. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and handled the installation efficiently without any mess. Explained the product usage patiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Truly professional and hassle-free service. Highly recommended!

Alert: unaccountable AI chat bot usage. Do not believe completeness of information from their chat bot. First they told I have to pay for 1 month rent for 1 month usage. Later they said additionally I have to pay 1 month charge for early closure. So total 2 month rent for 1 month usage. This should have been clarified upfront. I feel scammed. Update after email: why there is no zero star here. The customer service is even worse.
