Ratings and reviews

It is expensive as compared to its competitors. However, I was ready to pay the price in order to get better customer care. But they are terrible in that. There is no number to reach them. All the numbers that they call from are outgoing. Even the fraud companies have at least one incoming number to reach them but they don't have any. This one thing alone tells a lot.... Only chat and email that too are terrible. Late replies, unsatisfactory answers ....

They are looting people. People like us who are struggling with their financial condition choose to rent a product for some time but if you booked for 3 months and for some reason you have to csncel the services in one month, they will still charge you for 3 months. Also they will deduct money from the deposit even if you return the item in perfect condition. Shame on you guys!

By seeing app and charges seems to be quite normal and good deels, however, i contacted customer care to understand if there are any other charges. But they doesn't have any information about it. He was saying, delivery charges will be deducted from deposit, where as in cart value itself we can see delivery charges, he says, there could be charges if the house is in 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor, but he doesn't know how much is the charge. At last i could not get the info what i was looking for.
