Had a very bad experience of using the app. Firstly the UI breaks sporadically and the backend service is also very bad, my payment was successful but it showed that payment was failed, I had this issue two times. One another instance was there where I had ordered a package of three items but when the order was placed it was only showing two item although at the time of ordering all the items were in stock. I got so frustrated of this app that I had cancelled my order.

Excellent Service and Responsive Support I recently used the RentoMojo app and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Their services are top-notch, offering a convenient and hassle-free experience. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional support system. They addressed all my queries promptly and efficiently, leaving no room for dissatisfaction. I would gladly rate them 4.5 stars. Highly recommended!

Very bad app and service experience. The products and delivery are good though. The KYC process requires docs, whereas everyone else is pulling data from provided Aadhar/PAN number. The face matching cannot recognize today's you with old pan card photo. Auto-debit set to avoid late fees might not work and you end up doing it manually. Support will try to push you to check with bank when asked if auto-debit was even initiated from their end or not. So these are areas of bad experiences so far.
