I have been using the app for a few months now and it has been a good experience from scheduling, transferring and servicing. Update- Recently the bed had broken down due to faulty screws. Ajay (carpenter) from the service team assisted in fixing this issue. Support team is good

A nice app for renting but payment option and the process of opting out the service can be more smooth. The area where the most improvement is needed is "Customer Care" section. Chat option/mail option doesn't help in instant resolution type problems.

Beware! Hidden Charges during closure. Charges unnecessary amounts during the closure. First, it'll automatically extend your subscription by one month, and later will ask you for the full fee when you cancel it. These guys are literally running a scam.
