This is our third year using RenWeb. I just had to renew, and my credit card was charged, but it's still saying my subscription is expired. I cannot figure out how to request a refund, because the developer, and Google Play have conflicting information. My kids and I rely on using this app daily. Please fix the issue!!!
I'd give it four stars if I could actually get it to work more than 1/10 of the time I try to use it. Sign in and it immediately crashes. Horrible...especially since I paid $5 for it.
I paid the $4.99 through the in-app purchase. Now when I start the app, it tells me my subscription has expired, and wants me to authorize another $4.99! This needs to stop. I am requesting a refund thought Google Play.
Worked for a few days. Now not working at all. Not happy. Fix this issue or give me my $5 back!
The "Accounting" tab (the only reason to purchase the app, since that functionality is missing from the site) utterly fails to add value. It shows your eternal total, not current amounts due.
Bought this app didn't find what I needed, I called the Helpdesk and was on hold for an hour just to be told the school needs to help me WHEN THE SCHOOL TOLD ME TO CALL RENWEB. Then the lady one phone would not answer one question I had.
