I got super excited when the results of the first property search I performed were exactly what I wanted to see. But every other search thereafter produced luttle to no information at all. Furthermore, the app froze up multiple times. I had to uninstall and reinstall and clear the cache. That's 20 minutes of my life that are gone forever. If the app actually worked as advertised, I would pay a fair price to be able to access such data, all in one place. I'm checking out the competition now.

I really liked this app. It came in handy a few times, but after an update, the app doesn't show the sale price, transfer date, and square footage. Just to name a few that I depend on, I just canceled my yearly subscription, but I still have 7 months on. If the app is fixed, I will sign back up

Filled with outdated information. My own property, that I purchased several years ago, is still labeled as owned by the previous owner. Same with property owned by my best friend. Mainly, I was trying to find an address for a buddy's property, however none is shown, which can't be right, as multiple businesses have operated from the building on that property, in the past. Overall, I question the accuracy, and will never pay for this app.
