First of all, I want to say I do like this app. The problem lies in the subscription. I tried to subscribe and was told I had 3 days to use the app or my subscription would be canceled and funds refunded. I thought I did what was required, but the money was returned and subscription canceled. When I tried to contact the developer for instructions, the email was returned as undeliverable. Not good customer service!!! I'm still interested in subscribing. Just answer the emails.

this app is wildly inaccurate and has incredibly old data. also, they trick you into subscribing to the $99.00 one. I don't see a way to cancel the subscription in Google Play. if I get charged for this I'm going to be very upset! **(saw your response. found another app. please just don't charge me and I'll be happy).

it works good for property shapes, and sizes when showing clients real estate properties. but, the map data is extremely old. as an example we sold a home to a client a few months ago, the house was brand new, and sat for almost a year before we sold it, and today, the parcel still shows no home whatsoever... Just an empty lot, and it still has the Builder's name attached to it.
