I backed up my data before format and verified back up file too. When I attempt for restoration it says there is no backup. Happened twice. Lost the data. Pl fix. Otherwise will delete app.
Scheduling Backup Issues Every time I'm trying to schedule for backup, it is trying to backup to SD card "although I have no SD card" and ends with unable to backup !! Please fix
works well when upgrading phone After a problem backing up and restoring my data and contacting the company everything works as described. It made transfering my data from my old phone to my new one much easier and painless than I thought it would be. Even though I ended up transfering my media files via a USB cable and computer (my sd card is slow) I was able to back them up as well as setting and contacts and then restore to my new phone. Definately worth the money to by the Pro version to allow me to move my data between phones.
AS It saved me in a pinch. Dropped my phone & some how the SD card was unreadable & phone was unresponsive. Got a new phone & downloaded all my data from my backup pro/ cloud. My new phone was exactly like the set up on my old phone. Saved me a lot of time, stress & headache. Thanks!!!
Tried to fix this broken PAID FOR app on SGS3 (Android 4.4) by following your FAQ advice: "...the first thing you should do is uninstall the software, restart the device and reinstall the latest version. This usually solves 90% of the issues." But now it's even worse: the app runs, but the re-installed app cannot access my SD card so I've lost access to all my old backups. Also it now backs up my device to its own internal memory - really useful (not) if my device fails. Your advice should have warned that this would happen. I cannot root my phone or all my banking apps won't work. There's no space to backup online. So I'm stuffed. Thanks for that.
Doesn't work anymore When I try to restore apps from my backups, it says it was successful but doesn't actually restore anything.
