Ratings and reviews

Best productivity tracker I've used IF you integrate it to your computer. Otherwise, other ones are better. For example, I can't access the dashboard from the app, which is pretty important and, imo, a basic feature. Other apps let me change activity categories in app instead of having to open my laptop, which is the last thing I want to do at home when I'm reviewing the day and planning the next. Good bones, but the app definitely needs to be more robust like the desktop program.

Too many bugs with focustime premium, you're essentially paying for a service that doesn't work. And too many bugs where the app stops recording data after a few days and you have to reset all the permissions. Customer service is unhelpful by basically telling you to try uninstalling and reinstalling and eventually ignoring your emails after it doesn't work. I had high hopes for this product, but just upgrading to premium is not worth it, unfortunately.

The service provided with the app is very valuable, and the app is very functional. As far as I can tell, everything that can be seen on the website can also be seen with the app. The only problem is, the Persistent Tracking Notification doesn't seem to always work properly for me. It would be great if it was always displayed as a system notification, but it disappears for some reason. It would also be great if there was a Widget available that displayed screen time. Just a suggestion.
